Choose OmniDimension when you want a ready-to-deploy automated visual inspection system: OmniCore Q, high-resolution industrial cameras, a modular mounting system and pre-installed inspection software, built for 24/7 in-line quality control. Its core capability is image-based dimensional measurement: calibrated to the millimeter, it measures lengths, diameters, holes, slots and radii from a single shot, compares them with your drawing with an OK / WARN / FAIL verdict, and recognizes the part number automatically. A fast, repeatable alternative to calipers, optical comparators and off-line CMM checks for high-mix production.
